To further clarify ideas and ensure a good start, our company held a 2023 work seminar on "Principle discussing and being realistic to expand Ideas, concentrate and wisdom sharing to write a new chapter" on November 24th. The company's leadership team, middle-level cadres, and some key personnel participated in the meeting to jointly plan the company's development and key work for 2023 and to find direction, set goals, and propose strategies for high-quality development in the new year.
At the meeting, based on the issue of "what to do and how to do it well", team members and department heads reported on the completion of work in 2022 and specific measures to achieve the year-end goals and tasks, and talked freely about the work ideas, plans, and priorities for 2023.
Under the leadership of the Group Party Committee, our company has made significant progress in Party building, safety and environmental protection, and business variety optimization in 2022. In 2023, facing a complex internal and external development environment and severe situation: firstly, we need to focus on the deep integration of Party building and production and operation, and continuously promote the transformation and improvement of current work achievements; secondly, we need to continuously expand business ideas, deeply cultivate the domestic market, and accumulate resources to expand the international market. In addition to the main products, it is necessary to strengthen communication and visits with customers, attach importance to customer feedback and opinions, and find new growth points; thirdly, we need to overcome the obstacles of simultaneous production and transformation, always attach importance to safety production, enhance the sense of responsibility, and conduct safety and environmental protection work with strict, detailed, and practical measures; finally, we must unswervingly take digital and intelligent transformation as an important starting point and key increment of high-quality development, and implement intelligent and digital transformation to achieve the goal of "supporting brand operation internally and realizing development and interconnection externally".
