At the inspection meeting, Safety Director Sun Guangguan reported on our company's work in safety production, epidemic prevention and control, and intelligent platforms since the beginning of this year in terms of training and education, dual control systems, emergency management, and other aspects through a presentation.

The inspection team affirmed that our company's safety work with significant results, especially in implementing the main responsibility of the enterprise and establishing a positive example in the industry, playing a good leading role. Safety work in our company can be carried out from the grassroots level through everyone's "knowledge" of safety and everyone's "action" of safety. Economic reward and punishment measures have been linked to safety production, and various targeted emergency drills have been carried out, continuously improving the level of safety management.

The inspection team then conducted in-depth on-site inspections, focusing on the "Haijianghe" declaration system and the operation of the "Five in One System" in the central control room. At the dock, a detailed inspection was conducted on the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures and safety measures for loading and unloading operations, and on-site testing was conducted on the emergency response of the fire protection system.

Xu Jianjun emphasized that at the current time of the 20th National Congress, it is necessary to effectively enhance political responsibility, attach great importance to various work ideologically, and ensure full coverage of safety production. As a hazardous chemical enterprise, JOCPCS shall ensure that no danger can happen. Firstly, we should constantly search for our own problems, and improve ourselves; Secondly, we should pay attention to all aspects of safety production with a high responsibility; Thirdly, implement various safety measures with a modest attitude; Fourth, we must comprehensively implement work as in a "wartime" state, and coordinate and arrange epidemic prevention and control, safety and stability maintenance, etc.
