To coordinate the implementation of epidemic prevention and control and clarify safety production responsibilities, and ensure the safe, stable, and orderly implementation of all work during the National Day holiday, Shi Xianzhao, a member of the Group Party Committee and Vice President, came to JOCPCS to conduct pre-holiday safety production and epidemic prevention and control inspection on September 29th, accompanied by the company's leadership team. Shi Xianzhao visited key operating areas such as the company's departure platform, environmental protection station, and tank farm to gain a detailed understanding of the construction progress of the on-site project, and the equipment operation status, safety inspection records, and staff operation standards. President Shi also inquired in detail about the standardized procurement of materials, quality acceptance, and construction safety management for the liquid loading arm at the loading station, and conducted an on-site inspection of the unloading arm renovation. He requested that the renovation should comprehensively consider the arm function, accelerate the implementation of intelligent and digital transformation, and strive to achieve self-control throughout the loading process.

In addition, President Shi conducted an on-site investigation into the daily wastewater treatment capacity, reviewed related online monitoring data on wastewater treatment, and requested that environmental protection positions shall ensure the standardized operation of environmental protection facilities and take in-depth learning of the 7S management standards. He carefully listened to the reports on safety production and epidemic prevention and control work of various departments and gained a detailed understanding of the company's recent production and operation situation.

President Shi emphasized the following requests:

1. Strengthen epidemic prevention and control and build a strong safety defense line. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, especially for employees leaving the province and city; improve the epidemic prevention and control work mechanism by ensuring that every employee leaving Taizhou is checked by a dedicated person to ensure that there are no vulnerability in epidemic prevention. 

2. Implement duty and maintain emergency response status. The leading cadres shall take the lead and the 24-hour duty shall be conducted. We should strengthen information research and judgment, and promptly and accurately report and quickly and effectively handle any emergency incidents, in order to create a safe and stable environment for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

3. Focus on key areas and pay close attention to safety hazards. Carry out safety self-inspection and self-correction for special equipment, key links, and important positions. Immediate correction shall be conducted as long as issues are found, and contain safety hazards from the source. Strictly follow the safety prevention and control requirements of provinces and cities, the Group, and territories, and in principle, do not carry out special operations such as hot work or confined space operation. If necessary, we should follow the requirements, and reporting procedures should be implemented.

4. Strengthen safety precautions and strengthen leadership responsibility. During holidays, visitors to the Navy Vessel Cultural Park have increased, which increases pressure on safety production and epidemic prevention and control. It is necessary to always prioritize safety and prevention work, strengthen inspection efforts, promptly identify and handle safety hazards, and actively evacuate vehicles and tourists to ensure the safety of the company's production and visitors.
