In order to further clarify responsibility, break through the obstacle, effectively connect the "last mile", ensure high-quality prescribed orders and distinctive self-development, and achieve more significant reform results, a three-year action lecture on state-owned enterprise reform was held on September 22nd at the "Red Night School", with over 30 Party members, Party member candidates, and department key members participating.
Mao Li, Assistant to General Manager, explained the main measures and achievements since the formulation of the plan for state-owned enterprise reform through a presentation: always adhere to the list of 39 key reform tasks, such as "improving the corporate governance structure, improving the Term of office system of managers and contractual management system, strengthening the leadership and construction of the Party"; focus on the six major reform tasks, form a working mechanism of "scheduling every Monday, reporting every month, and summarizing every quarter" by regularly conveying the spirit of various documents on "state-owned enterprise reform"; firmly grasp the main tasks of the "Seven Major Projects" and remain steadfast, wholeheartedly devoting ourselves to the reform task. We will work tirelessly and strive for innovation and create a combination of reform and innovation. We have completed various tasks such as stimulating innovation and creativity, expanding and strengthening our main business, and bravely shouldering the responsibility of state-owned enterprises.
Participants expressed the need to remember and conduct the significant contents of the company's three-year reform initiative and called on more employees to participate. The company should further understand the importance and urgency of state-owned enterprise reform, seize the development opportunities, identify the starting point of reform, closely combine with reality, further strengthen weak points, fill weaknesses, and ensure the timely and high-quality completion of various reform goals with greater courage and from a higher level.
