Faced with the new challenges brought by the Covid-19 epidemic in Taizhou, the company's leadership team deployed personnel immediately, and led the Party members and workers to meet the difficulties, fighting in the front line of epidemic prevention and control: following the orders of local government on epidemic prevention and control. For example, for the truck drivers coming to Taizhou, dedicated people "picking up at the checkpoint, monitoring the journey, managing the accommodation, and accompanying people away" shall be assigned. Two people shall be present at the same time throughout the whole process to conduct closed-loop tracking, in order to promote the effective and orderly implementation of epidemic prevention and control, and firmly build a Safety barrier.
Since the establishment of the "Epidemic Prevention and Control Vehicle Leading Group" on March 11th, all team members have unconditionally obeyed the deployment and actively worked overtime to complete the closed-loop tracking on the premise of ensuring production and operation. In addition, the administrative personnel have been going into overdrive since Tomb Sweeping Day. As of now, we have successfully completed the closed-loop vehicle guiding for 1954 times, reviewed 23646 documents, and involved over 600 people, achieving full coverage of all departments in our company. We have efficiently completed the important task of ensuring supply and production during the epidemic prevention and control period, providing customers with worry-free guarantees with the fastest and most efficient actions, and ensuring that do not lose every customer.
01 Rallying on the call to implement responsibilities
In the battle against the epidemic, the party members shall take the lead. They should lead the way and do what is needed. They were motivated by orders and on the front line of the epidemic control, fully committed to ensuring customer needs and practicing the principle of "customer-centre".
02 Taking the initiative to fight the epidemic
Party members are also ordinary people and have family members, so they are natural to be afraid. However, in the face of the raging epidemic, the constantly changing policies of the government, and the shortage of hands, their inner fears have turned into driving forces. They gave up their vacation and took the initiative to participate in the vehicle guiding, demonstrating the responsibility of JOCPCS staff through practical actions.
03 Our Responsibility
During the special periods, all employees worked together with responsibility on the front line, from the leadership team to other employees, from various departments to various vehicle guiding teams, and from each team to the individual. In this battle, every staff is a soldier, and every team is making contributions to epidemic prevention and control as well as stable production in their way.
Despite the high temperature in the midday, employees still adhered to the work even at zero o'clock. We carry forward the spirit of fearless hardship, fully dedicating ourselves to epidemic prevention and control and ensuring the smooth production and operation of the company.
04 Family members also participated in
With the higher difficulty of obtaining a pass and the workload, frontline employees not only faced the difficulty of manpower shortage and heavy tasks but also need to ensure safe production and consider the epidemic risks of foreign tank trucks and ship operations. Upon hearing about the situation, the family members of employees actively signed up and made every effort to fight on the front line of epidemic prevention and control. They have made tremendous and arduous efforts to make contributions to JOCPCS. They express the unwavering determination of ordinary people to fight against the epidemic through their practical actions.
05 "contactless" transmission of love
The virus is isolated, not love. Small actions, warm words, and selfless sharing can give people motivation. Considering the food and clothing issues of the drivers on the highway, to comprehensively improve the epidemic prevention and control capabilities while timely following up on warm and caring services, we have prepared a "Love Meal Package" to provide bread, drinks, water and other food to the drivers in a "contactless" manner and helped them solve other difficulties in a timely manner. These measures effectively made them feel cared for and warm. The drivers felt touched after receiving the Love meal packages.
Being able to take immediate action at critical moments and being able to sacrifice own benefits in times of crisis is the responsibility of JOCPCS. It has been 38 days since the establishment of the epidemic prevention and control vehicle leading team on March 11th. In these 38 days, they have worked together, not being afraid, and making contributions regardless of returns.
