The epidemic is urgent, and prevention and control are responsibilities. Recently, the epidemic has erupted frequently in multiple provinces and cities across the country, with a continuous increase in local cases. In response to the complexity and variability of the epidemic, provincial and municipal governments have also introduced multiple prevention and control measures. Faced with the epidemic, we have never relaxed in prevention and control; faced with customers, our uncompromised service never stops.

01 The epidemic closed the road and is not closed to love; guide vehicles passing the checkpoint to ensure service

Customers are of great importance to the company. Active cases increased in surrounding areas, and local government epidemic prevention policies are changing day by day. In addition to responding to daily policy changes, the company must make every effort to solve problems for every customer. Since the establishment of the "Epidemic Prevention and Control Vehicle Leading Group" on March 11th, the company has arranged for at least two Party members or middle and senior management to the front line every day, with a total of 1200 vehicles passing the checkpoint.

02 Successful front-line work cannot be without support behind

In the current special period, the epidemic prevention and control measures in Taizhou are constantly upgrading and changing. Our various departments have united and actively discussed. After multiple communications and coordination with the local government, we have developed a vehicle passage plan: dedicated personnel on duty at the highway entrance, designated drivers to guide the vehicle, assigned staff to communicate with customers, special personnel to organize record-keeping materials, and dedicated personnel to communicate with local departments.
