At the beginning of the year, in response to President Xi’s call in connection with the general public and in order to make group efforts to contribute to the company's high-quality development by taking the grassroots staff's suggestions, the JOCPCS held 2022 "Top Ten Priorities" seminar where members of the company's general manager office, heads of departments and deputy leaders above attended.
The "Top Ten Priorities" are of great importance in the annual work of JOCPCS and play a key move to promote high-quality development. This year, for the first time, the key members of departments participate in the discussion of the ten key tasks, in order to let them know what to do and why to do it, rather than simply following the orders, so as to encourage each employee to give full play to the sense of "ownership" and truly become the person responsible in the company.
At the meeting, the heads of each department in turn reported on the department's annual priorities. In 2022, the JOCPCS will continue to focus on equipment and facilities improvement, variety structure transformation, vitality adding through party building, etc. In addition, the focus will also be placed on the installation of weight and flow meters on the departure platform, the overall detection of pipelines, the advancement of information systems, on-site visual management, the change of operating varieties, and the deepening of the association and assistance with villages.
The key personnel participating in the seminar also supplemented the key tasks of the department based on their daily work and put forward nearly 100 “small but excellent” good ideas. For example, Zhu Rushi from the Storage and Transportation Department proposed to promote the integration of the central control room and production of tutorial videos on the central control operating system; Zhang Wei of the same department initiated pairing the process class with the environmental class to improve the oil-type tank washing process, Zhang Hongwei of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department suggested to construct the safety training with“One person, one file”; Technology Center Ding Yajun put forward electrical detection and clear water for air pipelines; Cargo Department Xu Rongyan advised to add the skid-proof facilities on the tank roof.
General Manager Sun Chengli promised that the ideas put forward by everyone would be recorded and practiced in order of priority, regardless of whether they are included in the “Top ten priorities”, as long as they are practical and feasible, and she also proposed rewards to those who put forward them. Sun also made the following five requests:
1. The current situation of epidemic prevention and control is grim. As a state-owned enterprise under the jurisdiction of the province, we should fulfill our social responsibilities and take the lead in strictly implementing the local government's requirements for epidemic prevention and control.
2. Each department should promote the year-end assessment of employees as soon as possible to make them celebrate a delightful Spring festival.
3. The period before the Spring Festival is at a high risk of corruption. Therefore, it is necessary to seriously implement the instructions, make sure the settlement of accounts payable, and prevent any kind of corruption or bribery.
4. In 2021, all employees worked together with one heart and one mind to complete the business tasks assigned by the group. The company also fulfilled its promise of a "salary growth rate not less than profit growth rate". In the next year, I hope to be with all our staff, through thick and thin, as well as with riches and honor.
5. In 2022, the company will face more severe challenges. We must quickly cheer up the spirit and consciously shoulder the mission with dedicated work, in order to live up to the mission.
At the end of the meeting, the Safety Director Sun Guangguan summed up the epidemic prevention and control documents and deployed the related work during the holiday.
