2021 New Employee Conference Held Successfully

Since June 2021, the company started the monthly conference forum for new employees. Up to now, the company has held 7 new employee exchange conferences with a total of 121 participants. 

In the training of new employees in 2022, the heads of various departments charged energy for new employees from different perspectives such as corporate culture, safety and environmental protection, skills, comprehensive quality and business etiquette in flexible forms, which not only encouraged new employees to participate, employees participated in the training more actively but also enriched the communication between new employees and senior employees. Consequently, new employees would devote themselves to the in-depth transformation and innovation-driven development of the company and bring new vigor to Jiangsu Joc.
