Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2005 by Jiangsu Overseas Group Co., Ltd of Jiangsu Provincial Government State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The registered asset of the company reaches CNY 200 million and the investment reaches CNY 530 million. As one of the first batch of provincial companies entering modern logistics industry, the company shoulders the transformation responsibilities of the Jiangsu Overseas Group Co., Ltd. The company has 300 thousand cube meters’ storage capabilities and mainly offers third-party warehousing services of liquid chemicals and non-hazardous chemicals with high added value including alcohols, acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and oils. In 2021, the company was titled as “high-tech company”, which is one of the earliest companies acquiring this honor in chemical industries nationwide.

Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage has the first public liquid chemical bonded warehouse with the storage capacity of 59.7 thousand cube meters. Sitting within the borders, the warehouse enjoys the preference policies like foreign companies in certificate and license exemption, tax free, bonded warehouse, and other perspectives.
Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage stands out from several competitors and ranks among the first batch of appointed future delivery warehouses of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (only 7 warehouses in China)
The warehouse is the assigned supervision warehouse of China Construction Bank, ENMORE net, and China Everbright Bank Jiangsu Branch, which could offer the cooperation platform of bank and enterprises.
The company cooperates with SGS, which has more than 80% of market shares, and establishes the first liquid chemical testing laboratory in Taizhou. The company may offer prompt chemical quality testing services.
