In early August, Xu Jia, Deputy General Manager of the Chemical Business Division of JOC Great Wall Corp., led a team to participate in the AgriBusiness Global. The summit not only provided cutting-edge information about the crop protection industry, but also provided opportunities for enterprises to publicize the products and services on site.

At the summit, our business team focused on the promotion of a variety of pesticide compounding products, with composite high efficiency, mature technology and high safety and other characteristics attracted a number of customers to negotiate.We succeeded to reach a preliminary intention to cooperate on site with a number of customers, greatly enriching our customer reserves in the Americas.

After the summit, our business team went to Peru and visited a number of local large-scale plantations. During the visit, they learned about the scale of local planting, major cultivars, major pests and diseases encountered, and the effects of agrochemical products currently used, and had in-depth exchanges with the technical staff to discuss the use of pesticides in the local market, the habits of farmers in using pesticides, and the trend of market demand for agrochemical products.

During the field visit, our business team also combined the outstanding problems of pest control in local plantations and the differences in planting varieties, and integrated targeted and phased pest control programs using our agrochemical compound products on the basis of high efficiency and low toxicity, which was highly recognized and affirmed by the owners and local dealers present at the plantation.
